They make industry more effective and efficient by providing specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 14001 verifies that an organization has a management system in place to improve their environmental performance.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) enhances industry effectiveness and efficiency by offering specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 18001 (also called OHSAS 18001) is a standard for managing occupational health and safety risks. It helps minimize work hazards and promote a safe environment.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards. They make industry more effective and efficient by providing specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 22301 covers requirements for planning, implementing, and improving a management system for disruptive events.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) makes industry more effective and efficient by providing specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 27001 sets standards for managing sensitive company information through a systematic Information Security Management System (ISMS). This framework covers people, processes, and IT systems.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) enhances industry effectiveness and efficiency by offering specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 37001 sets guidelines for creating, implementing, maintaining, evaluating, and enhancing an anti-bribery system. It can function independently or within a broader management structure.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) makes industry more effective and efficient by providing specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 45001 is an international standard for managing occupational health and safety. It's used for assessing and auditing health and safety management systems.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) makes industry more effective and efficient by providing specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 50001 helps organizations improve their energy performance through a systematic approach. It covers efficiency, use, and consumption, and can be used independently or integrated with other management systems.

ISO is the largest developer of voluntary global standards, enhancing industry effectiveness and efficiency through specifications for products, services, and practices. ISO 50002 is a standard for energy audits, guiding principles, processes, and requirements. It assists organizations in identifying energy-saving opportunities, assessing energy performance, and implementing energy management to reduce consumption and costs.

Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations Special Publication 800-53 provides guidelines for selecting and specifying security controls for information systems supporting the executive agencies of the federal government.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, or PCI DSS, is a set of regulations put together by the PCI Security Standards Council, founded by American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard, and Visa Inc. PCI DSS is an information security standard for organizations that handle cardholder information.

Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports help companies establish trust in their services or products. SOC 1 is an American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) report detailing controls related to an organization's financial reporting. It examines services, processes, policies, procedures, personnel, and activities that support financial reporting.

Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports help companies establish trust in their services or products. SOC 2 is a standard that ensures data security, availability, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy in areas such as data centers, IT services, cloud-based businesses, and more.

SOC reports boost trust in companies by independently verifying internal controls, security, and compliance. They increase transparency for customers, investors, and regulators. SOC 3 is a public-facing summary of an organization's internal controls regarding the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria, offering assurance on non-financial data handling and IT systems without revealing sensitive details.

The Uptime Institute, an independent organization, sets global standards for critical infrastructure performance, efficiency, and reliability through its Tier Certifications. Our data centers meet rigorous criteria defined by these certifications:

  • Tier II: Incorporates redundant capacity components for power and cooling, enhancing maintenance capabilities and providing safeguards against disruptions.
  • Tier III: Builds upon Tier II with concurrently maintainable systems that require no shutdowns for maintenance or replacement. This tier ensures continuous IT operation, supporting critical environments without impact.

TÜV is an organization that provides inspection and product certification services. They are known for their rigorous testing and high-quality standards, which are recognized internationally. Their TR3 certification confirms compliance with ANSI/TIA 942 standards for project, assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of Data Centers. Criteria include tests, monitoring, and verifications of equipment, security, and electrical networks. Benefits include guaranteed availability, quality, and redundancy.

LEED, provided by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is a premier mark of achievement in green building. Our facilities are recognized at various levels of LEED certification, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility and energy efficiency:

  • Certified: Meets the essential criteria for sustainable design and construction.
  • Silver: Demonstrates increased commitment to sustainability and energy-efficient practices.
  • Gold: Represents advanced leadership in eco-friendly building strategies.
  • Platinum: Distinguishes exceptional achievements in sustainable design, showcasing the highest level of environmental responsibility.

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) promotes the progress of Singapore's built environment sector to enhance the country's living conditions. Green Mark Platinum is the highest award they give to buildings in Singapore. It is awarded to buildings that have achieved at least 60% energy savings, among other criteria.

BREEAM is a leading sustainability assessment that evaluates buildings across multiple criteria, including energy use, water conservation, waste management, indoor quality, and site development. Our facilities are recognized with the following BREEAM ratings:

  • Very Good: Achieves high standards in energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management, effectively reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact.
  • Excellent: Surpasses the Very Good rating, embodying best practices in sustainability and social responsibility, setting a higher benchmark for environmental stewardship.

CEEDA (Certified Energy Efficiency in Data Centres Award) is a certification program assessing energy efficiency and sustainability in data centers. It has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The highest level, CEEDA Gold, is awarded to data centers that meet strict criteria in energy management, monitoring, IT equipment, cooling systems, and building design. Achieving CEEDA Gold signifies a data center follows best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability, leading to reduced operational costs and a smaller environmental impact.

Energy Star is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) program that promotes energy efficiency in products, homes, and commercial buildings, including data centers. Energy Star certification for data centers signifies that the facility meets stringent energy efficiency requirements set by the EPA.
